Terms of Service

Effective date: April 13, 2026

By creating an account or using Tabo, you agree to these Terms of Service with Cryptex, the company that develops and operates the Tabo app.

1) Service overview

Tabo is a real-estate marketplace developed and operated by Cryptex, where individuals and agencies can post property listings, discover properties, communicate via in-app chat, and purchase optional paid promotion features (boosts and featured listings). Tabo also offers Tabo Moshtarak, a co-ownership and shared real-estate investment listing service available to registered users.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country) to create an account and use Tabo.
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may register as an individual user or apply for an agency account. Agency applicants must provide accurate commercial registration details during the application process.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3) User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Cryptex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Tabo service.
You must post truthful, lawful, and non-infringing content and must have all necessary rights to any media you upload.
Prohibited content includes false or misleading listings, impersonation of other persons or businesses, harassment, hate speech, or any content that violates applicable law.

4) Listings and property transactions

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, ownership, availability, legal status of the property, and the area selected in the app (governorate, city, and/or district). Listing location reflects your manual selection only; Tabo does not verify properties using GPS or device location.
Tabo Moshtarak listings must accurately represent the co-ownership structure, investment terms, and any applicable legal arrangements. Fraudulent or misleading co-ownership schemes are strictly prohibited.
Tabo is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any property transaction, co-ownership agreement, or investment arrangement between users. We do not verify title, ownership, or the legal standing of any listed property.
Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence and consult legal or financial professionals before entering into any real-estate transaction through the platform.

5) Paid services

Tabo offers paid features including listing promotions and advertising packages for agencies and individual sellers.
No auto-renewal for Advertising Packages: Advertising packages and paid listing promotions are purchased for a fixed period only. When that period ends, paid promotion benefits end automatically. We do not automatically renew these purchases or charge your payment method again. To continue promotion after the period ends, you must make a new purchase in the app.
Payments are processed via PayTabs through a secure hosted payment page. By initiating a payment, you also agree to PayTabs' terms and conditions.
Prices and availability of paid features may change with advance notice provided in-app or on our website.
Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable local law and the terms of the relevant advertising package or boost plan.

6) Prohibited conduct

Spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, malware distribution, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.
Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, deceptive advertising, or fraudulent property schemes (including fake listings or misrepresented co-ownership offers).
Do not use in-app chat to solicit personal information, distribute unsolicited commercial messages, or conduct transactions outside the platform to circumvent fees.

7) Moderation and enforcement

We may review, remove, limit visibility, or disable content or accounts for policy violations or legal compliance. Users can report content or other users via the in-app reporting tools. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

8) Intellectual property

The Tabo app, its code, branding, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by Cryptex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Tabo's intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as permitted.

9) Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of user-generated listings, or the outcome of any transaction between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptex's liability for any claim arising from your use of Tabo is limited to the amounts paid by you to Cryptex in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion in-app (Account tab → Settings → Delete Account). We may terminate or suspend your access for abuse, fraud, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users accessing the service from other countries in the Middle East or Gulf region agree that mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply where required by law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support@taboiq.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Iraq.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
