Community Guidelines

Effective date: April 13, 2026

These guidelines apply to all listings, profiles, images, messages, and interactions on Tabo - including the standard marketplace and Tabo Moshtarak (co-ownership listings) - developed and operated by Cryptex.

1) Be truthful

• No fake listings, bait pricing, forged ownership documents, or impersonation of property owners or agencies.
• List the correct property area (governorate, city, and/or district) using the in-app location picker. Do not misrepresent where a property is located.
• Only post properties you are authorized to advertise or sell on behalf of the owner.
• Agency accounts must accurately represent their commercial registration and business identity.

2) Moshtarak (co-ownership) listings

• Moshtarak listings must accurately represent the co-ownership structure, investment terms, ownership shares, and all legal arrangements involved.
• Do not post fraudulent, deceptive, or unregistered co-ownership schemes or investment offers.
• Any financial projections or returns described in a Moshtarak listing must be accurate, realistic, and clearly labeled as estimates where applicable.
• Only post Moshtarak listings for properties where the legal framework for shared ownership is permitted and properly documented under applicable law.

3) Respect others

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, extortion, sexual exploitation, or discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
• No doxxing or sharing others' private information without their explicit consent.
• Use in-app chat respectfully; unsolicited commercial messages, spam, and off-platform solicitations are not permitted.

4) Keep content legal and safe

• No illegal goods or services, scams, money laundering activity, or prohibited financing schemes.
• No malware links, phishing attempts, or redirects to fraudulent websites.
• Do not use the platform to facilitate transactions that circumvent applicable taxes, regulations, or legal requirements.

5) Media and intellectual property rights

• Upload only photos, videos, and documents you own or are licensed to use.
• Do not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or the privacy or image rights of third parties.
• Do not upload watermarked content from other platforms or agencies without permission.

6) Moderation and reporting

• Users can report listings or other users through the in-app reporting tools available on listing detail pages and user profiles.
• We review reports and may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts for violations of these guidelines or applicable law.

7) Repeat violations

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account removal and referral to the relevant authorities when legally required. Fraudulent co-ownership schemes may be reported to financial regulators in the applicable jurisdiction.
